Terms and conditions of the service
The present General Conditions regulate the acquisition of the services offered in the website www.fincayantar.com, owned by Finca Yantar, S.L. (hereinafter, Finca Yantar).
The acquisition of any of the services entails the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions that are indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Particular Conditions that could be applicable when acquiring certain services.
These General Conditions may be modified without prior notification, therefore, it is advisable to read their content carefully before proceeding to purchase any of the services offered.
The accommodation service offered, together with its main characteristics and price appear on screen.
Finca Yantar reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products and/or services offered to Clients. In this way, Finca Yantar may, at any time, add new products and/or services to those currently offered. Likewise, Finca Yantar reserves the right to withdraw or stop offering, at any time, and without prior notice, any of the services offered.
In order to make any purchase in www.fincayantar.com, it is necessary that the customer is of legal age.
It is also recommended that the customer prints and/or keeps a copy on a durable medium of the conditions of sale when placing your order, as well as the receipt sent by Finca Yantar via e-mail.
After your stay and if requested, we will provide you with an invoice.
To this effect, the client consents that this invoice is sent to them in electronic format.
The prices of the services included in www.fincayantar.com will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed during the time of validity of the same, except for printing errors and whatever the destination of the order is.
When making the reservation, you authorise the establishment to charge the 100% of your stay to your credit card.
Deposit: upon arrival at the house a deposit of 600 € will be made as a concept of deposit, which will be returned two days after the end of the stay if there is no damage to the property
Cancelation and refunds
In case of cancellations by the clients, it will depend on how far in advance notice of cancellation is given, which must always be notified via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org, and in the event that it is not received, please contact the telephone number 683346898.
- 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
- 21-29 days prior to arrival: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
- Less than 21 days prior to arrival: no refund.
In case of non-notification of cancellation and no show, 100% of the stay will be charged.
*The indicated dates will be considered in the peninsular time of Spain.
Return and refund.
The return of cancellations will be made through the same payment method, either by credit or bank transfer. In the case of card purchase, the return will be made by the same means. Purchases made by bank transfer will also be returned by bank transfer. In this case, the cancellation email must confirm the account number and owner in order to make the refund.
