The clay oven located on the terrace is one of the fundamental pieces of our history. If you have read some of our posts, you will already know that it was made by our chef’s grandfather and that it gives shape to a multitude of gastronomic creations such as bread, meats and other delicious dishes to which the oven adds its juicy and crunchy touch.

If you look around you, our estate is surrounded by greenery and plants. This is undoubtedly one of the aspects we take most care of to give meaning to what we call the Finca: an oasis of relaxation in the heart of nature.
In our vegetable garden you will find many of the products we use in our kitchen, such as aromatic herbs, orange trees, lemon trees and many other species of plants that you may not know. Without a doubt a very relaxing activity to enjoy the outdoors.
