The advantages are endless, not having to deal with picking up the dishes after a copious meal, being able to enjoy without having to be aware of buying the ingredients or recreate to perfection a new recipe that we saw in a cooking blog.

We have space for 10 – 12 people, so do not hesitate to count on your family if you reach this number. 

GASTRONOMY, THE PROTAGONIST OF THE EXPERIENCE

We have prepared a very special tasting menu for the occasion:

Appetizers

Waffle with smoked sardine, marinated tomato and avocado mousse

Salailla with Iberian bacon, truffled tuna tartar and quail egg

Starters

Shrimp carpaccio, pickled onion, mango and avocado chutney

Cream of potato cream with pickled egg yolk, smoked jerky, crispy octopus and paprika

Main Course

Oxtail, parsnip puree, straw potatoes and snow peas

Dessert

Cinnamon roll, filled with apple and glazed with warm pastry cream.

We also have a children’s menu for the youngest members of the family. Don’t forget that the next day you can enjoy a very complete breakfast before going back home, or if you prefer, you can choose the lunch option to leave later.
